DC RANCH HOMES
Life at DC Ranch is about connection - with family and friends, neighbors, the community at large, a healthy lifestyle, and the very environment in which you live. Throughout the DC Ranch community, you'll find a variety of architectural home-styles from which to choose, a friendly atmosphere where people with common interests can easily connect.
Connecting Neighborhoods
The neighborhoods of DC Ranch are designed to provide a more intimate environment. Homes provide front-of-the-house living to bring neighbors closer together, while courtyards, parks, and other gathering places encourage interaction. All neighborhoods are connected by a comprehensive system of paths and trails, which allows you to go virtually anywhere in the community without crossing a major street.
In fact, every detail within the neighborhood is designed for you to better enjoy your surroundings. Color palettes reflect the natural environment of the Sonoran Desert. Sight lines bring nature in rather than shut it out. Architectural details please the eye and echo throughout the community. Clearly, this is a place of vision.
 A Striking Landscape
DC Ranch is a community unlike any other, offering a vantage point from which to take in the McDowell Mountains, Pinnacle Peak, and panoramic views of Scottsdale and Phoenix below. DC Ranch encompasses approximately 3,700 acres. Situated adjacent to the 16,000-acre McDowell Sonoran Preserve, there is a strong sense of the past here, as seen in ancient petroglyphs, old mines, and cowboy trails. The lush, striking landscape is made even more beautiful by the changes in elevation brought about by the immediate proximity of the McDowell Mountains, which stand serenely in the background.
Market Street
Market Street is the hub for commerce, socializing, and special events at DC Ranch, featuring a main street theme that incorporates 17 unique buildings. Market Street offers a supermarket, a collection of dining destinations, specialty boutiques, services and office space. Check out the Farmer’s Market, offering fresh food, unique art, and entertainment on Market Street October 18 - May 15 from 10 am - 2 pm.
Market Street is linked to the neighborhoods of DC Ranch by Market Street Park, a spectacular, one-acre park that further enhances the warm and vibrant lifestyle of this unique community. During the design process, the children of DC Ranch were asked to imagine what their ideal park might look like, and many of their ideas became reality. Pay a visit and you'll find interactive water features, places to dig for fossils, a secret garden, and gentle hills to roll down. There are also picnic areas and a parental viewing area where parents can watch their kids play.
The Country Club at DC Ranch
Those who join The Country Club at DC Ranch will find a gathering place totally at odds with most private clubs - a place where every member of the family is welcomed and valued. This exclusively private club has quickly gained a reputation as one of Scottsdale's finest. It boasts a broad array of amenities and activities, including swimming, tennis, fitness, dining, and many social events.
The 18-hole, par 71 golf course, redesigned by Tom Lehman and John Fought, lies at the foot of the McDowell Mountains, offering beautiful mountain and valley views at nearly every turn.
Membership is separate from property ownership.
