Master Planned Communities

The master planned communities in North Scottsdale are second to none. In recent years there have been some spectacular new home developments taking hold here. Some of the better known communities are Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Troon North, Estancia, Legend Trail, and Desert Mountain.

Grayhawk is a very successful master planned community encompassing over 1600 acres, and developed around the idea of resort and family living.
